Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes — all plans start with a 14-day free trial. We take your card details upfront, but you're not billed until the trial ends and you can cancel any time during it at no charge. After 14 days the trial converts to a paid plan, which you can cancel anytime with 60 days' written notice.
Can I switch plans?
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
What counts as a user?
A user is any person with a login to your RevnIQ workspace. Team workspace is available on Insight and above.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing saves roughly two months compared to monthly. You're billed once for the full year upfront.
What CRMs do you support?
HubSpot and Salesforce on Insight and Partner plans. More integrations are on the roadmap.
I'm already in a contract with another provider. Can I still switch?
Yes — being locked in shouldn't stop you from moving to a better tool. We offer £1,000 credit to cover your overlap period (up to 12 months), so you're not paying twice. If you have 3 months or less left on your existing contract, that's typically covered in full. This is available on Signal and Insight plans with a 12-month commitment to RevnIQ. Exact terms are discussed during your demo.
